      Co workers are friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Managers across all departments and the vice president are extremely involved in every aspect of your project. Very suffocating. Pay is not great. A lot of focus on hitting quarterly targets, but the bonus is out of reach.

      Pros

      regular employees are decent and the job itself is not very hard. diverse team.

      Cons

      you have to work A LOT of overtime. they do not believe in work life balance. managers and executive team always breathing down your neck and can be passive aggressive. they don't pay a lot for the amount of pressure they put on you.
