Good benefits, decent pay and seem to care about employees

a bit too rigid with following procedures and not very flexible with hybrid work

Would put employees through night school, paid them well and mentored and promoted them internally.

Began hiring Middle and Senior Management position externally, firing them in a few years, then hiring again externally, cycle was still going on when I left. Unessasarily extremely top heavy organization.
