      -No Cons to mention, growing pains will exist as any organization develops and expands. Thankfully, we all keep things in perspective as this growth occurs.

      Pay is competitive and always on time production bonuses are generally once a month for at least 800 to 1500.

      Cons

      Unprofessional upper management staff and supporting staff. HR are their puppets and do not stand for employees.
