Unhelpful HR, Salary capped until BC certified and when certified they do not follow through with promised raise. Tight school budget. Occasional Staff bullying and uwarranted inspections. Occasional dismissal using sick leave and contract hidden loopholes Cut-Throat response to parent complaints. No parking, No staff support plan. Or Training plan, survival. Overworked full timetable and duties no time to rest No comppasion from the get go expandable High staff exit from all departments, All HR replaced withing 3 months.

The Muslim environment. More frequent holidays. Facilities. Great during Ramadan. Most students are lovely.

Unqualified leadership, owner run (no knowledge about education just money) lack of competence, HR treats you like a slave. Entitled parents who think they can do better. Go ahead then.
