The company has no goals, no way to define success, no real idea on what they are doing or how to make things happen. They used their members to build up a fortune (literally), then sold those assets to Scotiabank, and then gave up on their members. They cancelled their offerings to members, and decided to be more "healthcare system" oriented, but have no definition for what that actually means. They were overrun by "social justice wokeism" and spend the vast majority of their time trying to figure out HOW to apologize to First Nations about their past, with no clear vision for a future. There are mandatory reconciliation trainings, how to be an ally training, and smudging ceremonies. Brainwashing, you will look back at your life and realize you did nothing good but waste of time
