Pros
- Great pay and benefits. - Expectations set by the company are fair and transparent. - Management was supportive and realistic about activity/results. - Ability to work remotely.
Cons
Not so much a con, but the job is not for everybody. You will thrive if you're an individual (seasoned or not) with a lone-wolf/hunter mentality. If you are successful in your role, you can stay at the company for a very, very long time. They want people who are serious about being a sales rep, so if you are doing this just to support yourself out of college or whatever, not planning on being in sales in 5-years time, you will find yourself either sinking or swimming in this job very quickly. The pay, benefits, and opportunities to climb the ladder are very real. Just be ready to put in the work.
