Environment is supportive and encourages personal growth. After almost a decade, the trust and camaraderie with the team make every day more rewarding. It’s like being part of a family that genuinely values each member's contributions.

Yes, vacation time is currently limited to 5 days, which I feel is unfair. Based on previous conversations, I understand this is due to business needs and ensuring proper coverage. However, we're encouraged to take time off during quieter periods, which leaves us in situations where multiple colleagues are booking time off at once. This can leave us short-staffed. As a senior team member, I believe I should have more flexibility in using my vacation time, especially with my growing family. I understand the need to balance business priorities, but it’s also important to consider the employee’s needs in this equation.
