This is an excellent association with very talented people. They are doing very important work to advocate and promote the importance of electricity has the foundation of our economic and social well-being. The job of director of communications is complex and challenging. Balancing the needs of internal and external stakeholders can prove daunting at times, but is a very worthwhile endeavor.

The former president and CEO has now left, and was really the only major drawback. like most other senior management positions, the work demands can prove challenging at times. But, I don't believe it is any different then most other management roles.
