Leadership is outdated in both style and mindset, a bunch of 80 year olds who are often very dismissive of new ideas and lacking respect in their communication. Instead of fostering growth or preparing for succession, upper management tends to belittle and undermine staff, creating a toxic and demoralizing work environment.
