      Good pay, decent benefits, committed CEO

      On the investment team there is an unwritten but spoken expectation that if you leave at 5pm, even if all your work is done, you are looked down upon. Hustle culture and professionalism seems to matter more than other things like people skills. Boys club (like all investment banks).
