Nice office, but terrible work environment and management - Logistics Coordinator Canada Goose Employee Review

Terrible work environment, being micromanaged by people with zero experience in logistics. Which is ridiculous. The job postings are saying they need someone with experience in TMS (company doesn’t have any, only outdated excel spreadsheets) and CIFFA, CITT certifications. What for?? Logistics manager and director do not have any previous education and background in logistics and freight forwarding. Don’t have any team either. Outdated, inefficient work environment, AVOID!
