They are actually a company that’s truly cares about there employees and will give you a chance to be someone you never thought you could be

None there is no cons except maybe the heat on some days

I have been with company close to 5 years . I have worked 2 separate locations. Work/life balance is good

Like most trucking companies equipment could be better , pay is mediocre
