      CAMPUSTRAIL is a company where new ideas and suggestions are always welcomed and considered irrespective of how Jr or Sr you are. The CEOs and other employees are very helpful and understanding. By far the best company I have worked with.

      Cons

      There isn't any particular con I have come across yet. But being in the Sales department working hours do fluctuate at times taking care of clients but we also get enough of breaks in between and the company makes sure that the employees don't get overburdened or stressed.

      Pros

      CampusTrail has the most supportive environment out of all the organisations I have worked for. The timings and workload are also excellently managed so there is a desirable personal-work life balance. The management is receptive and always approachable—something I am yet to find with any other company. They are very empathetic and always wish the best for their employees.

      Cons

      I have been working there for more than a year and yet to find anything I would like to change.
