A company with strong core values, a collaborative work atmosphere, and employees who are passionate about improving the finaid office experience ... it's #awesome to work with this group! I accepted the offer of employment to work here based on two people I met during the interviewing process: Heather Dunn and Gregg Scoresby. Both were upbeat, motivated about the company's potential to grow, and were exceedingly honest about the work environment. It's fast-paced, you need to take ownership of your successes and failures, and you need to bring every idea you have to the table. I previously worked for a large corporation with layers upon layers of middle management, and it often felt like we couldn't get out of our own way. At CampusLogic, there are clear paths for moving forward on projects, and new ideas that are relevant to our goals are embraced for discussion. Add to this the fact that there's a very flexible culture in the office - darts and ping-pong to relax, Monday town halls in the garage, and the occasional nerf gun war... this is a place that works hard, and laughs hard.
