Pros
- The best thing about working at Campus Den is the team you have in your store (if you build the right one). - The contact with customers and building relationships. - There is freedom to run your store how you see fit and make it your own without someone hovering and micromanaging.
Cons
-The pay does not reflect the work you do and you can make more elsewhere. - There is little to no support from the corporate office, especially from the owner - There is lack of communication about company changes and lack of consistency with routine within the company. It makes for a frustrating environment and you feel very out of the loop. - There are no benefits beyond PTO which is 40 hours no matter how long you’ve been there and 401k contributions. - Little to no diversity
