Pros

You make a great income in summer. A lot of inventory available for customers to choose from, pretty relaxed atmosphere when customers not in blowing their top.

Cons

Pay is NEVER correct, they do very little to correct it, the home office IGNORES your calls and e-mails. Very clique oriented, management constantly changes ideas. ONE finance person who may or may not send a deal over and for what he gets paid, puts in very, very, little effort to get deals bought. Management encourages us to cover up problems with campers and to be dis-honest with customers on the rates the customer will pay.

Pros

Love the people I work with, can make good money but, with the new pay structure my yearly income was cut in half. I also feel like camping world in general puts the salesman last to be taken care off

Cons

Pay structure keeps changing, and they changed all the minimum payed commission on units. Worked car sales and I made more on cars minimal payed commission. Worst part is there accounting department over the past year has been completely awful and they have messed up on paying people the right commission a lot.
