I loved working at this organization and helping the community. Coworkers were often my favorite people to see every day and thankful for the experience. Truly a lovely, important place within the community.

Certain expectations of staff interactions with patrons put staff at risk of their own safety. Some patrons were given far too many chances, despite threatening staff or being outright belligerent before being banned. No one should go into work fearing for their safety.
