Pros

They really take care of their employees. The benefits they offer are great! It is a lot compared to other small businesses. We get free dental and vision and great affordable options for our medical plans. The culture is not like anywhere I have worked before. They actually take the time to listen to their employees and try to ensure a good work/life balance.

Cons

So far not a lot of cons. There have been a lot of changes since I started. Adding lots of benefits, changing payroll platforms, adding performance reviews. All good changes, just a lot! We work either in office or remotely. A monthly "in office" day was just added last year and it has helped a lot with feeling isolated.

Pros

I love the transparency, positive culture, emphasis on work-life balance, and genuine team mentality that the company has.

Cons

There is quite a bit of turnover, but that is typical in agencies.

Pros

This is an amazing company with a very talented group of people. From top down everyone puts in their best effort for the company and clients every single day. While I was there, I saw so many people working hard to bring out the best in everyone. The employee engagement task force did a great job keeping everyone "engaged" and the team leads, directors, and partners brought continuing education opportunities for all teams. - I've seen the partners let multiple clients go based on the client not treating employees very nicely. This wasn't a regular occurrence, but a few clients didn't treat employees well and the partners quickly made the decision to pass on the business. I know everyone appreciated the concern and support. - Team leads are tasked with making sure each and every employee had sufficient work but wasn't overloaded. They worked hard to make sure new work was distributed among the team properly and not one person received the lion share of work. - Project managers worked tirelessly to manage client expectations and help each team collaborate together for the best of the client. - Each employee was knowledgeable in their field and would drop anything to help you out. This was much appreciated because I asked A LOT of questions. - The Human Resource Director was always a phone call away and helped me manage some personal issues I was having. I was given time off to take care of these issues and she listened/guided me over multiple phone calls.

Cons

The task force I was on wasn't taken very seriously by some of the teammates and could have made a real impact on the company. It was employee lead and didn't go far.
