Pros
There are so many things that are great about CampaignAgent but a couple I can talk to is: - An inclusive culture that genuinely cares about its employees - Great leaders that are continuously striving to listen to feedback and build on what is already great - Agile way of working with top-notch product development - A great balance of autonomy and support - Great vibe with people looking out for each other and supporting each other - Great office in Collingwood with a fully stacked kitchen!
Cons
If you like black and white with lots of structure and things firmly in place then this might not be for you. Like any tech scale-up, it may be perceived as messy while you build, create and iterate. Not everyone likes this but I see it as a positive and an amazing opportunity to not only leave your mark but learn, grow and create energy!
