Pros
1) Being a smaller business you get to know everyone & make lasting friendships. 2) Inclusive of all cultures, demographics, diversities, etc. 3) They value all of their staff & offer tools and guidance to ensure career progression if that's what you want. 4) HR is great - for a smaller business, the amount of support we have access to is impressive. 5). Every single employee is wonderful to work with - no drama or issues with behaviour - honestly the best environment to work in, full of amazing people.
Cons
1) Still a small company in terms of employees, so progressing career can be a little slower in some areas of the business due to not so much room for growth - however, they do like to promote within so there's great opportunity if & when something comes available...
