Pros

You get to pick your the days that you work. The job is easy and not stressful at all. You can work remotely.

Cons

Hours not consistent. Schedule changes week to week. No sense of company culture . You don't get to know any of your colleagues. They make you take unpaid breaks to do training or while they figure out glitches in the software. The job is tedious and sometimes the shifts are 9 hours long.
