Pros
Interesting work, flexible, common-sense management style, good benefits. Working as part of CM Group provides an interesting challenge of working across a portfolio of complementary brands with distinct but somewhat overlapping products and customer bases. There is always something new to learn, and always someone willing to lend you a hand when you need it. Management handling of the coronavirus disruption has been decisive and supportive, and the transition to remote working generally seamless. I am relatively new to the company and when I applied I did note previous negative reviews with some concern. The open and engaging conversations at interview convinced me that a position at the company as it is now was a solid opportunity. Since joining I have enjoyed the work and the team, and found management to be open and communicative.
Cons
Per previous reviews, the rapid growth of CM Group lead to some disruption within the individual brands. That said, as the dust settles it seems that there is a clear and positive plan to leverage the strengths of each individual brand and the group as a whole, and so far I personally don't have a list of Cons.
