Pros

They are in a position to grow, potentially. They have vastly improved facilities of some program areas.

Cons

There are several complaints throughout the organization of lack of communication or guidance. Upon starting you sit through a few workshops on youth development and what a "spark" is. There is no formal JOB SPECIFIC training. If you are luck you are told a job and then left alone to figure it out by yourself no matter how new it is to you.

Pros

Friendly, can be lax, working with kids can be fun

Cons

Dirt pay, office drama/politics, severe lack of organization, no real vision or purpose outside of buzzwords and data-gathering to secure the almighty funding. Lots of training, but oddly enough almost no training on how to actually do the job aside from the paperwork. Answers mostly included "figure it out".
