Friendly, Caring, Enjoyable work environment, and Engaging

Sometimes it was hard to get hours but not anyones fault.

Friendly, can be lax, working with kids can be fun

Dirt pay, office drama/politics, severe lack of organization, no real vision or purpose outside of buzzwords and data-gathering to secure the almighty funding. Lots of training, but oddly enough almost no training on how to actually do the job aside from the paperwork. Answers mostly included "figure it out".
