Pros

I love Camp Celo's values of nonviolence and multiculturalism, and it's a great place to learn farm work and help kids have fun and build character. You'll probably be kept busy most of the time, but you get an hour off every day and a day off each week. Really nice, supportive community.

Cons

I can't really think of any, but some people might not like being away from technology and civilization for so long.

Pros

Camp Celo is a small family run Quaker summer camp and as an employee you certainly can tell. Work is highly collaborative, the higher ups are all highly personable, fair, and flexible, and the local community is welcoming. The work environment fosters both strong team work skills and individual leadership/initiative.

Cons

Low salary (though food/lodging is provided) and no upward mobility--but these come with the summer camp territory in general
