CAMMS have always had it's ups and downs, this is the downhill time. All seniors and top management are resigning. Many seniors will follow. Not the best time to join this company. Not even as a intern. Interns should not join this company as they are treated like crap. dont give oppertunity to learn. There's no good leadership left whoever stays dont have time to help you. Many new joinees are stranded not knowing what to do so many issues everyday that clients are going for other alternatives. They brag about 1 win when 2/3 clients leave. Products are complex and unstabal. Clients are taken for a ride by lying about features and capabilities but sell crappy software. Many issues are hidden and sells to clients and later when clients report only starts fixing based on how important the client is. It's 24/7 work work work no rest even after a release. Management expects to do 12 hrs of work in 8 hrs. It's like a garment factory.
Doesnt pay on time for OT but makes people work weekends and holidays. No freedom work life balance.
Advice to people hoping to join: Dont join now, thinks might get better. So wait and see.
