      Pros

      Aside from a generous PTO package, it's difficult to dredge up any positives.

      Cons

      -Benefits are terrible, both insurance and 401k. -The hardware is soft, the software is hard, and don't even ask about the firmware. Literally nothing works even half as well as advertised. Competitors are light years ahead. -Turnover is absolutely bonkers. -Salaries are not competitive, nor are commission rates. -Zero communication from the c-suite, save for the odd angry rant. -Strategic plan? Yeah, not going to happen.

      Pros

      Salary is great. You won't make any commission or get paid right away but at least you'll make a decent salary.

      Cons

      Sales processes are broken. They don't have the money to buy tools to help, don't want to take your suggestions on what would work, don't have any sort of training, only want to make numbers look good for investors. I wouldn't come here if you're looking for something stable and to make money. They haven't even figured out their ICP! Take your talents elsewhere.
