Driving the new vehicles around is great fun. Also you learn the pros and cons on purchasing a vehicle and know what type of BS to look for during the time you need to purchase a vehicle.
Cons
Constantly getting your car deals stolen by other employees, your appointments are given away just because the manager feels like it and cuts you out completely, says they are a family ran company but couldn't care less if you have a family to support or if your family is sick and you have to be home caring for them. They say you make 💲1600 plus commission a month but it is either your hourly OR commission and they must be greater than 💲1600 or you owe the company back money. As the sole provider for the home you gotta work open to close daily to make a paycheck.... Sorry but I can't work those hours and still expect my family to be at home waiting for me. They play favoritism in every way. They do not honor any spiffs that they say they are doing. They put rules and regulations in place for some but others do as they please and make their own rules. Might as well throw the dress code out the window because you feel like you're at a nightclub where the guys dress to impress and the girls dress to get some by the end of the night (yes a couple had class and dressed appropriate but none of them work there anymore, wonder why). They say they are a 0 tolerance company but most of their employees talk vulgar and do not care if a guest is in the building. I had at least 6 customers leave because of conversations they overheard from employees or the way an employee spoke to them and it wasn't even their customer. You get scammed and screwed out of your bonuses. I should have gotten every bonus but when payday came miraculously I was always .5 away from it.
