Despite awful management I met great fellows on the production.

The management is awful. No support for new employees. Expect far too much from your staff for the small pay you give. Management are an absolute disgrace and HR are even worse.(shouting at people) Performance bonus one week paid another week is not. Never know what money you get. Never know what hours you work. Overtimes, if decided to pay, paid 1:1."Flexi hours". Some supervisors never ask for staying, they demand you to stay. They get rid of all experienced personnel so that stayed only employees with max. 2 years experience (glass factory). Poor Quality only targets,targets,targets. The more you do and the better you do, the more you get with no thanks. Management without qualifications.
