Pros

Cambridge was an excellent place to work and advance in my career. There were lots of opportunities to learn, grow, and move through various roles within the company. I thoroughly enjoyed my colleagues from both a personal and professional standpoint and have made lasting relationships. Management provided an open door setting and made themselves available to employees of various levels within the organization. The opportunity to develop mentors is readily available if you are willing to build the foundation for those relationships. It was really fun to be part of a company that is growing so rapidly and feeling as though my work made an impact.

Cons

As with any company that is growing quickly, there are times you will go through growing pains, shifts of responsibility, and change- being open to change is key!

Pros

The vast majority of employees are nice, motivated and smart. They want to do a good job.

Cons

Employees are not given the resources they need to succeed. In my 4+ years there, not once did I have a discussion with a manager about my career growth or goals. Investing in the success of your employees builds loyalty and employee retention. Many departments were poorly managed and lacked a clear and distinct vision on growth. The company had a single sales target and that was the only goal conveyed. My manager could not provide me with ANY goals for our team. Strong work was rewarded with more work. A clear lack of motivation outside of the commission driven sales team. Hiring has been weak in the past few years. Candidates are not vetted well and are not always successful.
