      Pros

      Cambridge is considered a well run city so there is inherently pride when working there. The city has a nice tax income which provides decent resources for people to get their jobs done.

      Cons

      Lots of dead wood and unhappy people. Bad managers are tolerated, even when it is ridiculous and causes staff turnover.

      slow pace might be tough for some all the typical government job complaints: ugly office space, bored (and boring) co-workers
