Pay Hours vary not a very safe place to work

The clients are great in some of the cottages. Have to really care for elderly and handicapped to work here.

Don't expect any help from staff or management. They are out for themselves. Some mistreat clients and even ignore them just for a pay check. But don't even turn in the abuse cause it is a good old boys club and the managers stick up for their friends. They will change stories, or even make stuff up to make you look bad for no raises, or even termination if you don't walk that thin line... Don't expect to advance here either. Your nobody to them just another dumb sucker they hired to babysit...
