Stuck in a timewarp - Anonymous employee Cambridge Audio Employee Review

It is sad to read this when I believe we put a lot into the well-being of our colleagues. Based on what I know I can only believe that this review has been left by someone who didn't succeed with us and left upset for some reason. I think the reviews here (that I can't see how can be faked, so again more sour grapes) show that we do right by our team overall. Our team is diverse, inclusive and full of energy both young and old. If the serious accusations about our company are with any substance whatsoever then I urge you to reach out to me personally so they can be addressed. Or via one of our team or another third party if you prefer to remain anonymous. We have numerous safety valves internally to prevent the accusations you make, so your damaging comments do not add up. In terms of outlook, as public accounts and independent reviews will confirm, we are making strident progress and I am proud of our team that delivers our continued success.
