Pros

Full of people from Andra and Kerala If candidate is from reputed company then chances of getting selected is 40% and plus 40% if you are from Andra/ Kerala plus 20% if you applied through employee referral 3 Type of biscuits at pantry will refill once in a while Bi-weekly TGIF ! (cheap snacks that they will give like a big treat to employees) Once in a year dinner party with CEO at Aloft ( to make sure his visit to India) Forget about the hikes they are struggling to go for IPO, they are minimising the operating cost to show more profit. No Hackerrank coding round in interview. Very High Referral Bonus. Last but not the least, women employees has special benefits.

Cons

It's a start-up formed by people kicked out from Motorola for the loss of business, so be aware of your leaders. Lot of politics and guess what managers nominate themselves for CEO awards and they got it too No Work-Life Balance, they expect you to work on weekends, holidays, day and night You can ask this in the interview they won't lie ! Salary is not as per industry standard, you have to negotiate very much with the HR ( mallu candidate has more chances of getting good package though) In the name of onsite they will send you to remote places where getting drinking water is a challenge

Pros

Not the highest stress job I've ever worked, and the people seemed to truly care about the product and outcome for customers

Cons

Racist managers whose only repercussions include additional online training...that they don't have to complete Company started being stretch thin when it decided to throw all its money into R&D and rode the waves of having available inventory during the Covid years instead of converting those new customers to long-term ARR No room for career growth or promotions / raises, and empty promises when you turn your notice in
