good company purpose, good basic benefits, decent compensation, hardworking employees
Cons
No vision for the employees, poor communications, no succession planning, poor training and development of employees and leaders, inconsistent practices, no upper level leadership accountability, mix match placement of leaders i.e. placing leaders over departments where the employees in the department know more than the manager.
