      Pros

      Good place to learn and work on recruiting, you can work with best product based and level-5 companies. Can deal with senior and high-end profiles and able to learn best technical recruitment filtering.

      Cons

      Worst and cunning management I ever see. There are no policies at all, they take the freshers and play with them as school kids. Far away from IT environment. Management is ready to do cheap things to save single rupee.
