No good quality trainings provided via or in consultation with parent airline,,
-Not transparent and constant changes in terms of employment..
-Accounts department is very arrogant,,
-Quote a huge disconnect between management and employees..
-Salaries are sub par as compared to international standards by a long way..
-Most of the times you may have to do double shifts or get called while on leave if someone does not turn up..
-Benefits are non existent and tax is deducted despite not falling into the tax bracket and is taken in a lump sum at the end of the financial year which has a huge sting..
-Very high employee turnover rate..
-Deposit equal to salary on offer at the time of interview and is locked in as a deposit for one year despite the contract being one year..
