You have no life when you work for this company. Currently on 10 hour shifts, 6 to 7 days a week. They can't make up their minds on a schedule. They tell you you're not working Sunday. Then on Saturday they say mandatory O.T. , 3 hours later they tell you it's voluntary. They frequently demand mandatory overtime with little or no notice. They don't care about their employees. You are just a body cranking out product. Lots of safety issues. Power went out today and the place was pitch-dark. They don't even have emergency lights in the warehouse. Upper management has no clue what they're doing. have the materials we need to produce the product they want or doesn't exist. The place is just a circus.
