Pros
Some cool and interesting colleagues. Many of the people working here want to make a difference in the world.
Cons
Women are paid less and technical roles are exclusively given to men, but they are very offended if you suggest they are less than stellar feminists. Lots of unethical behavior that the entire HR team quit over. Guys who are part of the "in" crowd can get away with whatever behavior they want.
