Flexibility with regards to shift timings. Work from home facility available since inception. Personally getting a lot to learn on a daily basis, with regards to functional knowledge. Cons
Clear instances of favouritism occasionally. Mumbai office does not have top class infrastructure. Year on year compensation with regards to bonus and hike is average. Cafeteria does not have a kitchen, it is just a space to eat what you bring.
