      I really enjoy working here. The company culture is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely positive. From day one, I’ve appreciated the kind, respectful atmosphere and the great environment that makes you feel valued. Leadership truly cares about work-life balance and team well-being.

      Cons

      The only downside is that the company is fully remote, and the team only meets in person once a month. For those who prefer more face-to-face interaction or a hybrid setup, that can feel a bit isolating at times. Still, the culture and people make up for it.
