9moThank you for your feedback, we are hopeful some of the sentiments have changed based on some recent updates. In office schedule related, with the market have mostly returned to the office as well, the move to 4 days a week in office was necessary to serve our clients and continue to focus on our in-office culture.
Relative to communication, we always encourage people to reach out to Partners, or if they desire to confide in peer level employees, the Staff Advisory Committee who's feedback goes directly to the Managing Partner. Also if possible, bring up in our 'blindside chats' specifically designed for non-Partners to bring questions or concerns directly to our Managing Partner. We specifically encourage various means to bring concerns to the table.
