This place is a free-for-all! It is not managed well and therefore no one is held accountable for doing their job. They do not pay well and don’t promote from within the organization; you’re stuck where you are at when you arrive. They are unethical in all areas of their business. They do not treat their employees with respect! Inappropriate relationships among employees runs ramped and is almost accepted within the organization. Their parent company, UHS, does not care about the facility and has let it go to the point where they are financially unable to continue, which was not the case 10 years ago. Would strongly urge you to stay away from this facility at all costs as they are a declining organization.
