On health insurance: we hear you, and we know it's a real concern for a lot of people right now. The reality is that employers across the board have faced significant premium increases at renewal, and many have passed those costs directly to employees or reduced coverage to manage them. We've worked hard to avoid that. We offer three Anthem medical plans with PPO access, paired with HSA options to help with out-of-pocket costs, and we've prioritized keeping employee contributions manageable amid the market pressure. We also offer access to free concierge care, so employees have a resource to help navigate their healthcare when they need it. We recognize the critical role that mentorship and onboarding play in setting employees up for success. We are actively investing in additional resources, more structured onboarding experiences, and meaningful mentorship opportunities to better support employees throughout their journey. Regarding compensation, we regularly review our practices to ensure alignment with market trends and internal equity, and your feedback reinforces the importance of this ongoing effort.
