Lots of time off, you can pick up a new hobby or skill.
Cons
Too many incompetent people working with no sense of urgency or accountability. One person does one thing, that’s explains why the state needs hires so many people. So much inefficiencies and no one cares to do anything about it. Any new ideas presented requires an act from the heavens to get a buy in.
