      Pros

      The org has great benefits and provide a lot of training when it comes to ROW.

      Cons

      It’s really a hit and miss when it comes to supervisors, there are few that do really well but most have no idea what they are doing.. but I think for the most part is due to the pay.

      Stable, chances for advancement (dependent on location), more time off the longer you stick around

      Cons

      Heavy red tape, Analysts may be tasked with supporting way too many needy employees from their own and other units, low morale as a result.
