      Pros

      Laid back work, not a lot of stress to take home after work. Hours are very flexible, manager and co-worker were great people

      Cons

      Not a lot of growth as an engineer looking to get technical experience. Work days very slow and not a lot of work to do

      Stable, chances for advancement (dependent on location), more time off the longer you stick around

      Heavy red tape, Analysts may be tasked with supporting way too many needy employees from their own and other units, low morale as a result.
