      You do have steady work

      Cons

      There is a lot if favoritism and the good ol boy network us up and running. The only thing different is that today they have learned to cover their backs and not as blatant as in past.

      Stable, chances for advancement (dependent on location), more time off the longer you stick around

      Heavy red tape, Analysts may be tasked with supporting way too many needy employees from their own and other units, low morale as a result.
