      Pros

      Good work/life balance & time off when you want/need it if you are rank and file employee. Most employees really are good, hardworking people.

      Cons

      Most management, if they do a good job, are worked like borrowed mules and if they don't do a good job...well, that's okay too. There is no supervisor/manager accountability.

      Stable, chances for advancement (dependent on location), more time off the longer you stick around

      Cons

      Heavy red tape, Analysts may be tasked with supporting way too many needy employees from their own and other units, low morale as a result.
