      Pros

      Rotation program is awesome to experience different divisions. So overstaffed that time off is no problem (if you have it). Find the division you like and stick with it.

      Cons

      Finding the division you like will take time. Getting there will be more time.

      Stable, chances for advancement (dependent on location), more time off the longer you stick around

      Cons

      Heavy red tape, Analysts may be tasked with supporting way too many needy employees from their own and other units, low morale as a result.
