Pros

Architects and seniors are good and are always looking for new developments in the .NET community; most of them are even capable of teaching new tech, mainly because they learn it after work. Growing, culturally-varied, development and testing only company. Will sponsor your working visa for you if you need one, even if you're a junior. Management is very close, but doesn't listen much.

Cons

Management is hardly coping with the sudden increase in workforce and HR is almost non-existent: generally promising at rare meetings and almost never delivering. Be careful what you sign!!! the training promised in the contract is industry-specific and NOT technologies, so you can't use those skills later due to the Non-Compete Agreement present in the same contract.

Pros

- The company does not have many "tried and tested" ways of doing things, so there are possibilities to implement new ideas and make a positive change.

Cons

- Rewarding employees on a "length of service" basis rather than achievements and actual quality of work.
